ABSTRACT This study aimed to knew the internal and external factors in the Manunggal Farmer Group, and formulate priority strategies that could be applied/recommended in growing interest in processing cow manure into organic fertilizer in the Manunggal Farmers Group, in Sumberejo Village, Randublatung Sub District, Blora. This study was conducted in February 2021 to July 2021. The method used in this study was the Mix Method, analysis which that used was SWOT analysis and the QSPM matrix in decision making. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire, with the resource persons being 27 farmers who were members of the Manunggal farmer group and 1 Field Agricultural Extension (PPL). In identifying internal factors and external factors, using the IFE-EFE matrix, resulting in a score of 3.1690 for IFE and a score of 2.5137 for EFE. The score of the IFE matrix and the EFE matrix will be used in determining the IE matrix and also determining the SWOT matrix, IE matrix from the study showed that the position of Manunggal Farmers Group was in cell IV where the group was in a position to grow and built. The SWOT Matrix produces 8 alternative strategy formulations that could be recommended to Manunggal farmer groups. In the decision-making step by using QSPM, one priority strategy that obtained from 8 alternative strategies available from the strategy to grow farmers' interest in processing cow manure into organic fertilizer in this Manunggal farmer group, namely conducting counseling about the benefits and advantages of processing livestock manure into organic fertilizer.
