ABSTRACT This research has the aim of knowing response cognitive (knowledge), afective (attitude), and conative (action) to women farmer’s in optimization of yard land for chilli cultivation in the Akcaya Village, Sintang Districts, Sintang Regency. While this research was carried out on July 2021. The research method used is descriptive. In sampling using snowball sampling technique. For data collection is used observation technique, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the research, namely the cognitive response (knowledge) of the women farmer’s in optimizing the yard land for chili cultivation is high with a percentage of 93.06%, then the affective response (attitude) of the women farmer’s in optimizing the yard land for chili cultivation is high with the percentage of 96.39% and the conative response (action) of the women farmer’s in optimizing the yard land for chili cultivation is high with a percentage of 95.28%. From the results of the research that are included in the high category, it is necessary to follow up such as monitoring and training from local extension workers.
