Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to knew the internal, external, conditions as well as the development strategy of PASARDESA.ID as an alternative to marketing agricultural commodities to increase sales of agricultural commodities in Panggungharjo Village. This study was carried out from March 2021 to June 2021 in Panggungharjo Village, Sewon Sub district, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Determination of respondents was determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used participatory observation, interviews, and FGD. Data analysis was carried out by SWOT analysis. Internal and external factors were identified using the IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices were used as the basis for formulating alternative strategies with the SWOT matrix, which produced 10 alternative strategies. Determination of priority strategics based on FGDs with PASARDESA.ID, namely increasing the number of suppliers so that the products offered were more diverse. The design of empowerment in this study was to attract the interest of Farmer Groups / SMEs of agricultural producer in Panggungharjo Village to becoming suppliers at PASARDESA.ID.
