This research aimed to know about the level of application Of Innovative Anthracnose Disease Control Technology in Sumberejo Village, Pematang Karau Sub district, Barito Timur Regency, Kalimantan Tengah Province. This research conducted in Desember 2020 to July 2021. The respondents were chili farmers were members of the farmer groups who have participated in integrated chili crop management practice school activities in Sumberejo Village, Pematang Karau Sub district, Barito Timur Regency. The selection of 30 respondents performed using proportional random sampling. The analytical method used descriptive method to measure the level of application (knowledge, attitude, and skill). The results of data analysis the level of application Of Innovative Anthracnose Disease Control Technology showed the level of attainment of the percentage of knowledge reached 67,61% was categorized as medium, the level of attainment of the percentage of attitude reached 77,86% was categorized as high, and the level of attainment of the percentage of skill reached 61,67% was categorized as medium. Overall, the percentage achievement of the level of application reached 69,05% was categorized as medium. Keywords : the level of application, innovation, controlling, disease chilli
