ABSTRACT The study aims to determine of farmer’s internal factors including cosmopolitan level, partivipation level and self efficacy level on the application of organicvfertilizer on rice cultivation, conducted February 2021 to July 2021 in Jogotirto Village, Berbah District, Sleman Regency. The method used was a survey with 30 sampels determined by propotional random sampling. The data was obtained by interview then analysed ising multiple linier reggerssion statistiv, and showing the participation level partialy become significantly influenced the application of organic fartilizer in the amount of 0,311. Furthermore, simultaneinsly the factors of cosmopolitan level, partivipation level and self efficacy level get significantly infulence as well with the application of organic fertilizer.the result of the study is then constracted into a design if farmer empowerment and counseling is condycted on 15 people on June 17, 2021 with the evaluation results show increases in the aspect of knowladge by 50% qen behaviour by 34%.
