ABSTRACT This study aims to know the components of internal factors or IFAS and to know the components of external factors or EFAS through SWOT analysis in marketing development of mung bean peyek by KWT Melati. This study was carried out from November 2020 to July 2021 in Sendangsari Village, Kapanewon Pajangan, Bantul Regency, DIY. Determination of Villages and Women Farmers Groups (KWT) was carried out purposively, while the determination of respondents was carried out by non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by mix method analysis through SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the components of the internal strategy factors or IFAS (Strenghst and Weaknesses) are in the average category by obtaining a total score of 2,82. While the results of the study of the components of external strategy factors or EFAS (Opportunities and Treats) are in the medium category with a total score of 2,68. The process of identifying IFAS and EFAS factors produces an IE matrix in quadrant V (Growth Strategy), then 8 alternative strategies are obtained. The last stage is determining strategic priorities using the QSPM tool to obtain alternative strategy number 6, namely building business partners to expand marketing networks in overcoming similar business competitors.
