Abstract The research aims to get information of the level of implementation corn cultivation component with corn seeds partnership. The research was held in Sendangtirto Village, Berbah Sub District, Sleman Regency. The research was held from November 2020 to July 2021. The method of the study was descriptive and determination of sample using Slovin’s formula. The result of this research indicated that farmer implementation had 73,20%. The details were the land cultivation component had 65,06% in the medium category, the planting component had 63,28% in the medium category, the fertilizing component had 79,39% in high category, the maintenance component had 80,46% in high category, the harvesting had 84,41% in high category. The lowest component of the result was planting component, so that design of farmer empowerment about corn planting techniques according recommendations. The result of the counseling was raising of farmer knowledge and attitude until 39,67%. Keywords : corn cultivation, implementation, partnership
