This study aims to determine the business development of crystal guava (Psidium guajava L) as an empowerment model in the Deli Crystal Guava and Honey Association (AJKM) to overcome problems regarding cultivation technology systems and marketing systems. The study was conducted in Sumberagung Kapanewon Jetis District, Bantul Regency from December 2020 to June 2021. The method of site selection used purposive sampling and for the sampling technique used purposively. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, documentation and focus group discussions (FGD and then analyzed using benchmarking analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the Crystal Guava and Deli Honey Association (AJKM) had weaknesses in the cultivation process, namely the application of plant propagation, the application of plant spacing, and other activities. watering.In addition, it does not yet have a fixed market. Furthermore , FGD was conducted to solve the above problems and to empower . after the counseling was held with the material for multiplying crystal guava plants by grafting together with the target..
