ABSTRACT This study aims to find out internal factors, external factors and priority strategies of Lestari Mulyo farmer Group in implementing organik shallot cultivation efforts in Selopamioro Village, Imogiri District, Bantul Regency. This study was conducted from November 2020 to July 2021. Strategy formulation using descriptive analysis obtained through SWOT analysis. Data processing in this study was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the data analysis showed that there were 8 strengths and 9 weaknesses in the internal factor, while external factors there were 8 opportunities and 5 threats. IFE and EFE matrix weighted score mapping on IE matrix indicated the strategic position in quadrant V (keeping and maintaining) Strategy development through SWOT matrix obtained 8 alternative strategies. Priority strategy using QSP matrix obtained strategy to improve the quality of human resources by utilizing the support of government and private institutions in implementing organik shallot business.
