Abstract This study aims to determine the application of innovation technology for oyster mushroom cultivation in the Mushroom Production Cooperative, to determine market opportunities for oyster mushrooms in the Merekah Mushroom Production Cooperative in business development, and to determine the design of the right community empowerment model so that the surrounding community can be involved in developing the oyster mushroom business. Merekah Mushroom Production Cooperative. This study was conducted from January to July 2021 in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The determination of the area and the Merekah Mushroom Production Cooperative was carried out purposively, while the informants were determined based on purposive sampling. The data collection technique used triangulation techniques which would then be analyzed using benchmarking analysis. then FGD was carried out xi in solving problems and empowering the community to make the community around the Merekah Mushroom Production Cooperative partners in order to increase the production of oyster mushrooms.
