Abstract This study aims to determine internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) in the development of Moringa leaf business in the Ijo Royo-Royo Farmer Women's Group, Joho Village, Prambanan District. , Klaten Regency and formulate a strategy that becomes the main priority of the business. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires to 28 respondents determined by purposive sampling. The main internal and external factors were identified using the IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices are used as the basis for developing alternative strategies using IE and SWOT matrix analysis tools. The last stage is determining the priority strategy using the QSPM analysis tool. From the results of the study, it is known that the total score for the highest internal factor weight is 2.649 and the external factor is 2.871. The results of this total weight score are used to determine the position of the business using the IE matrix and the results show that the KWT Ijo Royo-Royo Moringa leaf processing business is in Quadrant V, which is in theposition growth and stability. From the SWOT matrix, 8 alternative strategies were obtained and processed using QSPM to find an alternative strategy that became the main priority. This stage produces a priority strategy, namely Making P-IRT with a score of 6.185305204 which is in line with the position of the V quadrant of the IE matrix of market growth in product development.
