ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the descriptive state of each of the factors that have been determined, namely motivation, education, facilities and infrastructure and family support and participation of KWT members in the implementation of P2L activities, and to find out whether there is a significant relationship between participation in the implementation of P2L activities with the specified factors. This study is a quantitative study. The study was conducted in November 2020-May 2021 in Neknang Village, Bakam District, Bangka Regency. Methods of data collection with the method of questionnaires and interviews. Determination of the sample of respondents using a total census/sampling as many as 32 members and the management of KWT Wanita Mandiri. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Spearman rank correlation. The results of the descriptive analysis of education got the lowest score (57%) and the highest was the motivational aspect, namely 75.3%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between motivation and participation, there was no significant relationship between education and participation, there was a significant relationship between facilities and infrastructure and participation and there was a significant relationship between family support and participation.
