ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine internal and external factors of agricultural processed product marketing in Association of Laris Manis Farmer Women's Group, Kapanewon Kasihan, Bantul Regency, D.I Yogyakarta Province from November 2020 to July 2021. This study used interviews and quistionnaires methode. This study involved 24 audience who were taken by saturated sampling and analyzed using SWOT. The result showed that the IFAS and EFAS scores were 2.77 and 2.78, respectively. Furthermore, to obtain a strategy from the results of the study, it was then developed in the General Matrix (IE Matrix) model, namely cell V Growth and Stability, then 7 alternative strategies were obtained which were then tested for the attractiveness of the strategy to respondents using QSPM obtained from the SWOT Matrix which would be prioritized strategies so that can be run by an organization, The strategy obtained was strategy point 4, namely Utilizing internet media access to optimize promotions using online media. Obtained from the SWOT Matrix which will prioritize the strategy so that it can be carried out by an organization, the strategy obtained is strategy point 4, namely Utilizing internet media access to optimize promotions using online media with a TAS score of 5.808.
