Essence This study aims to determine the technology/innovation of aquaculture, market potential and opportunities of Adofish Gardens and to design a model of community empowerment in the Business Development of Siamese Oranges (Citrus nobilis L.) in Kalurahan Sidomulyo, Kapanewon Godean, Sleman Regency. This study was conducted from November 2020 to June 2021. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Determination of the area is done by purposive sampling, and the determination of informants is also done by purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis using Benchmarking analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Adofish Farm needs to do plant propagation to support the development of the Siamese orange business by breeding citrus plants and expanding citrus plants by collaborating with farmers or the surrounding community to overcome these problems through FGDs, while market opportunities that can be exploited can be through promotion, and establish cooperation with farmers and the surrounding community. Market potentials and opportunities can be developed through BMC (Bussiness Model Canvas) to support the plan for developing the Siamese orange business in Adofish Gardens, especially in the Key Activities component, which includes 5 plans, namely Siamese orange cultivation, online marketing, fulfillment of infrastructure, training and product processing. Empowerment design carried out at Adofish Gardens to assist in the application of technology/innovation was carried out by propagation of citrus plants by grafting.
