ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes (affective) and skills (psychomotoric) of farmers towards the adoption of fertilization technologies in integrated corn crop management in Ketapang Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency, which was carried out from March 2021 to June 2021. The method used was survey of corn farmers using sample of 30 peoples as respondents determined by proportional random sampling. The data were obtained by means of closed interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively using a Likert Scale, and based on the score. Scores were grouped into three categories, divided into low, medium and high. The results of the analysis show that the level of knowledge (cognitive) is in the high category with a score of 82.96% which is most of the farmer understand about fertilization technologies, the level of attitude (affective) is in the high category with a score of 83.42% which mean farmers approved the introduction of new technologies and the skill level (psychomotor) is in the moderate category with a score of 73, 84% which mean farmers had less skilled. Furthermore, based on the results of the study, an empowerment design was developed and counseling was carried out on the right dose of corn fertilization techniques for 15 people, with the evaluation results showing increase in skills by 42.6%.
