ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the internal, external conditions and development strategies for marketinG of processed agricultural products through digital marketing by KWT Kemiri Edum Purwobinangun Village. This study was conducted from March 2021 to June 2021 at the Kemiri Edum KWT Purwobinangun Village, Pakem Sub District, Sleman Regency, DIY. Determination of villages and women farmer groups was done purposively, while respondents were determined using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was done by using mix method analysis through SWOT analysis. Internal and external factors were identified using IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices are used as the basis for formulating alternative strategies using the IE and SWOT matrix analysis tools, which produce 10 alternative strategies. The last stage is determining the priority of strategy using the QSPM tool, an alternative strategy number 10 is obtained, namely increasing the skills of using social media namely online marketing as the medium. The design of empowerment in this study is to increase sales of processed agricultural products with the STP strategy model through promotion using social media. The results of the extension showed an increase in knowledge by 27.50%, attitudes by 30.50% and skills by 27.50%. Keywords: Marketing, Strategy, SWOT
