ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the Internal Factors Components /IFE and to determine the External Factors Components /EFE through SWOT analysis in the marketing of oyster mushroom chips products by KWT Sedyo Rahayu in Argorejo Village. This study was conducted in November 2020 until June 2021 in Argorejo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency. The determination of the Villages, Women Farmers Groups and respondents was carried out purposively. The data were collected using questionnaire guides. Data analysis was performed by mix method analysis through SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that the Internal Strategy Factor Components /IFE (Strengths and Weaknesses) were in the average category with a total gain of 3.37. While the results of the study of the External Strategy Factor Components/EFE (Opportunities and Threats) were in the low category with a total score of 1.98. The process of identifying IFE and EFE factors produced IE matrix in quadrant VII (Growth Strategy), then obtained 6 alternative strategies. The final stage was determination of strategic priorities using QSPM tools obtained alternative strategy no. 1, namely optimizing the role of KWT members in improving product quality at affordable prices from processing to marketing.
