ABSTRAK This study was guided by Mr. Suharno, SP.MP as supervisor I, and Mr. Ir. Miftakhul Arifin, MP as the second supervisor. This study aims to analyze and determine the role of farmer groups in the management of two-wheel tractors in Kemuja Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency. This study was conducted in December 2020 – June 2021. The technique for taking the study location was using purposive sampling. The sample used was 30 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. Data obtained by means of interviews and questionnaires. Then analyzed by descriptive data analysis technique using a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that the role of farmer groups as a learning class with a percentage of 58.4% or in the Medium category. The category of Farmer Group's Role as a Medium for Cooperation with the average percentage is 79.47%. The role of farmer groups as production units is in the medium category with an average percentage of 78.89%. The design of empowerment in this study aims to make farmers able to deepen the learning class of farmer groups in the management of two-wheel tractors in lowland rice plants. The results of the counseling showed an increase of 25.44%. Keywords: role, two-wheel traktor, lowland rice plant
