Abstract The study entitled "Youth Interest in Sweet Potato Agribusiness" aims to find out the interest of youth in sweet potato agribusiness (subsystem: production facilities, production efforts, Outputs and support services) in Patihan Hamlet, Gaingsari Village, Sanden District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The implementation starts from November 2020 to June 2021. This study is a descriptive study with qualitative approach, using variable measurement of agribusiness subsystem interest (production facilities, production business, Output and support services) as the basis for knowing the interest of youth towards sweet potato agribusiness. Sample determination using saturated sampling method, namely the children of raharjo farmer group members aged 16-30 years as many as 28 people in Patihan Hamlet. Data retrieval using questionnaires and interviews. Analyze the data using the descriptive method. The results showed that interest in production facilities subsystem (34.52%) category of disinterest, subsystem of production business (27.98%) category of disinterest, subsysem Output (61.22%) category of interest, support services subsystem (27.38%) category of disinterest.
