Abstract This study aimed to knew the factors that made up the interest for the establishment of cooperative in Women Farmer Group Maju Karangtengah village consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and control behavior. The study was conducted in Karangtengah Village, sub Imogiri District, Bantul Regency in November 2020 to July 2021. The sample used was 21 respondents who were taken by probability sampling and determine the sample size using the slovin formula. The factors that shaped cooperative interest, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control were analyzed using two analyzes, namely descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously attitude (X1),subjective norm (X2)and the control behavior(X3)significantly affects the sustainability to form agricultural cooperatives with significant value was 0,027. Other results, partially the attitude factor had a significant effect with a significant value of 0.029, while the subjective norm factor and behavioral control had no significant effect. The design of empowerment in this study was the benefits and basics of establishing agricultural cooperatives. Keywords: Interest, cooperative, KWT, regression
