ABSTRACT This study aims to determine innovation technology, potential market opportunities, and empowerment models in the development of agroedutourism. The study was conducted at the Larasati Garden Crystal Guava Garden in Polokarto Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. Implementation of activities in November 2020 to June 2021. The study uses descriptive methods and data analysis techniques using Benchmarking. The data from the study were presented descriptively with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation and focus group discussions. The informant retrieval technique used snowball sampling consisting of key informants, main informants, and additional informants. The results of the study indicate that the innovation technology aspect of the Larasati Garden Crystal Guava Garden that has been carried out well is to carry out intensive care compared to the comparison effort, while those that have not been optimal include not propagation of plants and less intensive pruning so that the fruit is available depending on the season. The potential possessed is the supporting facilities owned, the location is easily accessible, the crystal guava fruit products offered do not have competition, the prices set are affordable by the community, the activities offered in the garden, and partnerships. Opportunities available at the Larasati Garden Crystal Guava Gardens are promotions carried out to attract visitors, visitors visiting fruit gardens, collaboration with parties other than partner farmers, and support from the local government. The empowerment model that will be carried out is to involve the community in the development of agro-edutourism by making farmers partners in providing seeds and fruit. Based on the results of counseling on plant propagation by grafting, it was found an increase in knowledge of 26.7%, attitudes by 4%, and skills reaching 100%.
