ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the cognitive response ( Knowledge), affective response (Interest) and conative response (Will) farmers to the dynamics of the group conducted in November 2020 to July 2021 in the village of Tanjung Harapan Telaga Antang sub District East Kotawaringin regency. This study used descriptive research method with quantitative approach and sample determination was done proportional random sampling. The results showed that cognitive response (Knowledge) entered the moderate category with a percentage of 60.89 %, affective response (Attraction) entered the high category with a percentage of 80.78 % and Conative response (Will) entered the moderate category with a percentage of 64.11%. Furthermore, the results of the study to developd the design of empowerment of farmer groups and has been conducted counseling to 15 people on June 16, 2021 with the results of counseling showed a change in behavior from 62.60% to 97.40%.
